Our goal is to strive to provide excellent customer service for our mineral/royalty owners. Below you will find common situations that require a change to our owners database. Please note that changes to our owners database must be submitted in writing with proper forms and documentation to our Lease Administration Department.

Address Change
  • Complete a Change of Address Form. If the title to the property is held jointly, both owners must sign the form
  • Please mail the completed form and documentation to the address listed below
Name Change
  • Complete a Change of Name Form
  • Photocopy of marriage certificate, divorce decree reinstating maiden name or other document affecting name changed
  • Please mail the completed form and documentation to the address listed below
Company or Corporation’s Name Change
  • Certificate of name change submitted in writing to the address listed below
Company or Corporation Merger
  • Certification of Merger, including new Tax ID number submitted in writing to the address listed below
Appointment of Guardian or Power of Attorney
  • Copy of Power of Attorney or Letters of Guardianship to the address listed below
Sale of an Interest
  • Copy of Conveyance Instrument as filed for record in the county or parish where the property is located submitted in writing to the address listed below
Change in Ownership due to Divorce
  • Include Complete Divorce Decree including any conveyances made and filed for record in the appropriate county/parish submitted in writing to the address listed below
Transfer of Ownership to a Trust
  • Copy of Trust Agreement or Memorandum of Trust along with recorded conveyance in appropriate county/parish submitted in writing to the address listed below
Bankruptcy – Chapter 7
  • Order naming Trustee of Bankruptcy Estate and appropriate recorded conveyance submitted to the address listed below
Change in Ownership Due to Death of the Owner
  • Please submit in writing to the address listed below
  • Include death certificate of the owner, Letters of Testamentary, copy of the probated will (if applicable), or recorded Affidavit of Heirship
  • Please also include the current address for new owner/s
Request for Tax Payer – W9
  • For information on these changes of ownership please notify in writing the address below
